Flexible remote engagement with the ability to scale up to 40 hours per week based on availability

Requirements
Hold or be pursuing a PhD in Biology or a closely related life science discipline
Create high-quality prompts and technical scenarios across specialized biological topics
Review, annotate, and assess model responses for scientific correctness and quality
Apply structured evaluation frameworks to classify prompts and conversations consistently
Demonstrate strong scientific reasoning, technical writing, and communication skills in English
Exercise sound judgment regarding biosafety, biosecurity, pathogen-related topics, and dual-use information
Bring experience with laboratory, computational, research, review, grading, or technical content evaluation workflows
