Ideal Lending Capabilities
- You should offer some or all of the following:
- Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA
- Jumbo products
- Down payment assistance familiarity
- DSCR / Investor loans
- Bank statement loans
- Creative financing solutions
- Fast pre-approval turnaround
- Clear, consistent communication
If you only sell rate sheets and disappear during underwriting, this won't work.

- Weekend availability when needed
- Clear borrower communication
- Solid reputation with title and escrow
- Willingness to educate agents and clients
