We represent public and private clients throughout California in municipal law matters, including land use, public finance, CEQA, labor and employment, housing, public works, cannabis regulation, public safety, and related litigation.

Work remote.
We have offices in Sacramento, Sonoma, and Grass Valley.
Seeking a Municipal Attorney with 3+ years of experience for statewide municipal advisory practice.
You should know some of the following:
· Municipal Law, public law
· Brown Act, CA Public Records Act, CEQA, Cortese Knox Hertzberg Act
· Land Use, housing, post redevelopment
· Elections
· Utility services, public works contracting
· Labor and employment
