Job Description

    The day to day:
  • Leading the development of annual budget and trade spend strategy for key accounts. (Ahold, Market Basket, Weis)
  • Managing monthly, quarterly, bi-annual meetings with each customer to review the state of the business, present new items, conduct line reviews, and customized promotional calendars. (Identifying gaps/opportunities/risks and provide action plans for improvements)
  • Develop business plans and sales strategies to ensure sales goals and objectives.
  • Providing excellent merchandising and category recommendations to support sales growth.
  • Building and execution of an omni-channel strategy.
  • Creating and understanding promotional budgets and activities.
  • Inputting forecasted base and incremental sales volume by SKU for direct accounts.
  • Trade fund management and forecasting
  • Maintaining and using data analysis tools (Spins/IRI/Nielson)
    Notes:
  • Head office experience with the clients listed is required
  • This is a remote role - with preference for talent in Central USA.
  • 25 - 30% travel is anticipated.
  • This opportunity will pay around $145,000 - $155,000 with a 20% bonus.
  • We offer great benefits and a $500/month car allowance as well.
