All Jobs > SLED Growth & Development Representative National Association of State Procurement Official Apply SLED Growth & Development Representative Fully Remote Apply Job Type Full-time Description Procurement Professionals Alliance (PPA) / RFxPremier Remote | Extensive Travel Required Salary : $113,550 – $139,100 FLSA Status : Exempt Reports To : Deputy Chief Business Development Officer PPA is seeking a SLED Growth Representative to expand adoption of RFxPremier cooperative contracts nationwide. This role focuses on building relationships with public sector procurement leaders, identifying new opportunities for engagement, and driving PPA membership growth and cooperative contract adoption. The ideal candidate brings direct experience working in or selling into the public sector, along with a strong track record of relationship -driven business development and consultative sales. Key Responsibilities Build, manage, and advance a high -quality pipeline within an assigned territory, ensuring consistent progress from initial outreach through conversion to PPA membership and RFxPremier contract adoption and revenue growth. Identify, prioritize, and engage key stakeholders in high -potential organizations across the public sector, including state and local governments, higher education institutions, special districts, and nonprofit organizations. Represent PPA and RFxPremier at regional procurement conferences, association meetings, and industry events, tailoring messaging to diverse audiences. Maintain high standards of CRM data quality, ensuring accurate activity tracking, pipeline management, and forecasting. Collaborate with suppliers and strategic partners on joint marketing and outreach efforts to grow RFxPremier contract usage. Provide feedback to PPA leadership on market conditions, stakeholder needs, and opportunities to improve engagement and adoption. Compensation & Benefits 200 hours of PTO annually (carryover up to 300 hours; PTO paid out upon separation) Health, dental, and vision insurance fully paid by employer beginning Day 1 401(k) with 4% employer match (eligible after 30 days) Requirements Proven track record of success in public sector field sales and/or business development roles. Strong knowledge of public sector procurement processes and cooperative purchasing. Experience working with or selling to government agencies, higher education institutions, or nonprofit organizations. Exceptional relationship -building, communication, and presentation skills. Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) for pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting. Ability to work independently in a remote, field-based role with frequent travel (several trips per month).
