Job Description
The National Institute for Reproductive Health (NIRH) is seeking a Senior Director of Institutional Giving to lead and expand a portfolio of institutional funders and secure support for the organization’s mission-driven work. The position requires 7+ years of relevant development experience, with a focus on foundations and grants, and is a benefits-eligible, full-time non-exempt position with a salary range of $107,000 to $115,000.
Requirements
- Minimum of seven years of relevant development experience, working directly in grant writing, fundraising, or nonprofit management with a focus on foundations and grants
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to distill complex policy and advocacy work into clear and persuasive proposals
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
