ServiceLink is a company that specializes in title operations, and they are seeking a NationalLink Title Operations Specialist. The role involves assigning title orders, following up on overdue orders, and ensuring the accuracy of commitments while addressing inquiries from clients and internal staff. Responsibilities Assign orders Complete daily follow-up including late orders Status-in searches, client notifications updates via fax or email Status title commitments and QA per state requirements Address inquiries from clients, borrowers, agents, and internal staff professionally and in a timely manner Follow up on rejected orders and send to vendors to obtain resolutions Meet production goals and quality requirements as set by management Run reports as assigned by management Any other duties assigned Skills High School diploma or equivalent and six (6) months minimum Title (real estate) experience Demonstrated communication skills, written and verbal Proven customer service skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task Ability to effectively organize, plan, and prioritize work Familiarity with personal computer operation, including use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Company Overview ServiceLink offers asset management, insurance, and mortgage loan services.
