Job Description
I am seeking a licensed Structural Engineer (PE) registered in the State of Illinois to provide professional engineering review and stamped structural drawings for an existing garage structure located in Chicago, IL.
All work will be professional engineering consultation and preparation of digital structural documents suitable for City of Chicago permit submission.
Scope includes:
- Review of existing structural drawings and site photos
- Structural evaluation of installed steel framing and masonry
- Structural calculations as required
- Preparation of Illinois PE stamped structural drawings (digital submission)
- Revisions as required by city review comments
Deliverables are digital engineering drawings and calculations. No physical construction services are requested.
Please provide:
- Illinois PE license number
- Experience with Chicago permit documentation

Only licensed Illinois structural engineers will be considered.
