Trans4Care, LLC is a trusted provider of non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services, ensuring our clients get to and from their medical appointments safely, on time, and with care. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our growing team.
Position Overview:
As an NEMT Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating transportation schedules, assigning trips to drivers, and ensuring timely service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and can multitask effectively.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch trips to drivers in real-time using our scheduling software
- Monitor trip progress and address any delays or issues promptly
- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and healthcare facilities
- Update trip information and maintain accurate records
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, text, and dispatch system
- Qualifications:
- Prior dispatching or transportation scheduling experience preferred, but not required
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
- Technical Requirements:
- High-speed internet connection
- Computer capable of running Google Chrome
- Smartphone with ability to download and use dispatching apps
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
