Deutsche Bank is seeking a Network Security Deployment Engineer at the Associate level to design and implement secure network environments for critical business operations. The role involves managing network changes, troubleshooting issues, and deploying firewall solutions to maintain the integrity of the organization's network infrastructure. Responsibilities Provide expert level network system administration, security device installation, Check Point /Fortinet firewall deployment & solution, configuration, troubleshooting, debugging Support for global market data applications, financial systems and infrastructure involving high volume securities trading and financial transactions utilizing network management components/technologies such as OSPF, BGP, Checkpoint, Fortinet Implement solutions to firewall management platform, operating system, protocols and components Review firewall logs and rule bases and act as subject-matter expert to ensure that security best practices are enforced Develop and execute contingency plans for network software and hardware failures including isolated and major outages Provide technical guidance to application developers and act as a liaison with traders on firewall solutions Skills Experience in a corporate global network environment with a focus on network security Proficiency in configuring and supporting Check Point management servers Familiarity with proxy platform troubleshooting, including SkyHigh and Zscaler Strong understanding of firewall deployment and network protocols Ability to document and execute network changes effectively Provide expert level network system administration, security device installation, Check Point /Fortinet firewall deployment & solution, configuration, troubleshooting, debugging Support for global market data applications, financial systems and infrastructure involving high volume securities trading and financial transactions utilizing network management components/technologies such as OSPF, BGP, Checkpoint, Fortinet Implement solutions to firewall management platform, operating system, protocols and components Review firewall logs and rule bases and act as subject-matter expert to ensure that security best practices are enforced Develop and execute contingency plans for network software and hardware failures including isolated and major outages Provide technical guidance to application developers and act as a liaison with traders on firewall solutions Cisco Certified Security Associate (CCSA) certification Experience provisioning and troubleshooting solutions from Check Point, Cisco, Juniper, or Fortinet ITIL v3 Foundation certification Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams Benefits Health and wellbeing benefits Retirement savings plans Parental leave Family building benefits Educational resources Matching gift and volunteer programs Company Overview Deutsche Bank is an investment bank that offers financial products and services to corporate and institutional clients.
