CR Design is seeking a Project Manager / Architect / Designer with a strong BIM (Revit) focus to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work across a wide range of project types — from luxury residential to hospitality design — and to be involved in every stage, from concept through construction.
- Position Details:
- Part-time / Hybrid role with the potential to grow into full-time
- Opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as we expand as a young, design and project delivery driven firm
- What you’ll do:
- Lead and support projects from design through completion
- Develop and manage detailed Revit models
- Oversee construction progress and quality
- Review contracts, coordinate with consultants and contractors
- Balance design creativity with technical precision
- What we’re looking for:
- 5–8+ years of experience in architecture or design
- Strong Revit / BIM expertise
- Experience with construction administration and contracts
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Licensure a plus (not required)
