Night Shift Driver Manager ย Join Our Team!
Hurricane Express, a leader in temperature-controlled food-grade transportation, is hiring Driver Managers for weekday night shifts to join our growing team near Siloam Springs, AR (Colcord, OK). This is an on-site position with no remote work available.

What You'll Do
ย Dispatch and manage drivers for efficient load delivery.
ย Resolve issues like late deliveries, equipment breakdowns, or driver concerns.
ย Ensure drivers meet DOT and FMCSR regulations, including Hours of Service compliance.
ย Communicate with drivers, customers, and management to keep operations on track.
ย Suggest ways to improve efficiency and productivity during night shifts.
What You'll Need
ย At least 1 year of fleet management or dispatch experience (preferred).
ย Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSR regulations and Hours of Service.
ย Proficiency in Windows-based systems.
ย Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
ย Ability to handle fast-paced environments and adapt to challenges.
Pay Benefits
ย Salary: $62,000ย$67,000/year + bonus opportunities.
