- Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 5:00pm-10:00pm | Saturday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Fully remote but must live locally
- Compensation:
- $18.00 - $22.00/hr

- What YOU Will Do:
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Work in a team environment
- Drive revenue and help meet the market goals
- Scheduling and routing of technicians
- Coordinate the correct skilled technicians to the right service calls
- Handle customer service requests and issues, collaborate with department management on customer satisfaction solutions and strategies
- Help others and feel great doing it!
- What We Need from YOU:
- 2 years of dispatch experience minimum
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to prioritize tasks
- Service Titan experience a major plus!
- Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
- Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
