Responsibilities: • Explain the full process of opening a nonprofit in the USA • Advise on required documents, IRS regulations, 501(c)(3) application, and state registrations • Provide insights on legal structure, bylaws, boards, and compliance • Offer best practices for launching and operating a successful nonprofit • Answer questions and guide us step by step through the formation process Requirements: • Proven experience working with or creating U.S.
