Job Description
Iām the Director of Partnerships for a national youth entrepreneurship organization that runs ~1,000 small events annually. Iām currently building out our national sponsorship program and sponsorship decks.
Because our events have limited onsite branding and activations, structuring strong sponsorship offerings and pricing has been more complex. My goal is to create a scalable sponsorship framework and pricing strategy that works across many events while still allowing flexibility to tailor opportunities for larger partners and higher-tier sponsors.
Initial need:
A 2-hour strategy session to:
- Provide overview of the organization, past sponsorship efforts, SWOT analysis, and current strategy
- Review of the current offerings and pricing
- Refine sponsorship structure and pricing strategy
Ongoing support:
Following the initial session, Iām looking for weekly strategy sessions for the next ~2 months. These sessions would cover:
- Reviewing specific sponsor opportunities and outreach
- Refining and tailoring sponsorship packages for individual partners
- Guidance on pricing and positioning for different sponsor tiers
- Support with sponsor marketing strategy
- Identifying and positioning outreach to potential sponsors
Experience with nonprofit or event-based sponsorship programs preferred.
