JOB SUMMARY: The Senior (ETG) Field Technician is responsible for the deployment, integration, diagnostics, and lifecycle support of Electronic Table Game platforms across casino environments. This role provides advanced technical expertise in ETG architecture, system networking, firmware management, and integration with casino management systems. The technician acts as the main technical resource for installations, system upgrades, regulatory verification, and complex troubleshooting. This position will have responsibility for the US and Caribbean market. Extensive travel throughout North America and the Caribbean is required. Travel up to 100% of the time to support territory. Requirements ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead installation, configuration, and commissioning of Electronic Table Game (ETG) systems, including dealer consoles, player terminals, game servers, jackpot controllers, and network infrastructure. Develop product support for sales team on ETG products. Partner with Sales and Product team to present and educate customers. Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting across hardware, firmware, software, and network layers. Deploy and manage firmware updates, system patches, and software upgrades across ETG devices and associated peripherals. Configure and maintain LAN-based gaming networks, including IP addressing, VLAN configurations, and switch connectivity. Troubleshoot communication protocols between ETG systems and external gaming infrastructure. Validate system performance, progressive linking functionality, jackpot triggers, and game configuration parameters. Support system integration testing, field validation, and regulatory compliance verification for new product deployments. Analyze system logs, diagnostic data, and performance metrics to identify root causes of technical issues. Act as the primary escalation point for complex ETG system issues. Coordinate with engineering, product development, and compliance teams to resolve system defects and implement improvements. Support casino floor expansions, system migrations, and multi-table ETG network deployments. Develop and implement operational procedures for ETG floor management, maintenance, and support. Coordinate with casino operations teams to optimize table configurations, and player engagement. Support gaming lab submissions, field tests, and certification processes. Maintain documentation for system configurations, firmware versions, and compliance records. Develop training programs for technicians and operational staff such as installation guides and troubleshooting procedures. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to technicians and operational staff. Identify opportunities to improve ETG revenue performance and player experience. Support Sales Executives in presenting product features to customers. Ability to travel up to 100% for installations, upgrades, sales support and technical support. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Associate’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience. Valid Passport and driver’s license. Experience in product presentation and training. 3–5 years of experience supporting gaming technology, ETG systems, or casino infrastructure. Strong expertise in electromechanical systems, and networked gaming platforms. Experience performing firmware deployment, system imaging, and field software validation. Ability to interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and hardware documentation. Experience supporting regulated gaming environments and gaming commission requirements.
