This is a fully remote, work-from-home position, offering an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on legal experience in a professional environment. Schedule Part-time Morning hours only (flexible start time) Ideal for students with afternoon/evening classes 100% Remote / Work From Home Key Responsibilities Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings Conduct legal research and summarize findings Organize and maintain case files (electronic) File documents with courts and government agencies (e-filing) Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel Schedule appointments, hearings, and meetings Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case management Perform general administrative and clerical support tasks Qualifications Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related program Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Professional demeanor and strong work ethic Must have reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace Preferred (But Not Required) Prior internship or office experience Familiarity with legal research platforms (e.g., Westlaw or LexisNexis) Experience with case management software What We Offer Flexible morning schedule Fully remote work environment Valuable hands-on legal experience Supportive and professional team culture Opportunity for growth and potential future full-time consideration If you are organized, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in the legal field, we encourage you to apply.
