- Provide on-site consulting services nationwide (75–80% travel)
- Conduct clinical compliance audits and mock surveys
- Perform Medicare compliance and MDS documentation audits
- Evaluate MDS accuracy and supporting documentation under PDPM
- Provide corrective action guidance and performance improvement support
- Submit reports and maintain timely communication with leadership
- Remain current on federal and state regulatory requirements
- Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Minimum five years long-term care experience
- Experience in clinical compliance and regulatory oversight
- Working knowledge of MDS and Medicare reimbursement
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to travel nationwide 75–80%
- Detail-oriented individuals who are team players.
- Adaptable to change and willingness to learn different processes.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment.
