You will be joining at an exciting stage, with a clear path to expand your responsibilities and define your leadership role as Grata scales. Right now, we are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners (NPs) licensed in Pennsylvania who are passionate about providing high-quality, longitudinal care for people with SUD, entirely via telehealth. This role offers clinical autonomy, schedule flexibility, and the robust support of a collaborative care team. What You’ll Do • Provide thorough assessment, diagnosis, and ongoing treatment for adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.

• Manage a stable panel of patients longitudinally, focusing on stabilization and sustained recovery. • Utilize patient-centered communication techniques, such as motivational interviewing, to support engagement and build trust. • Collaborate closely with therapists, care coordinators, and peer specialists within an integrated, team-based model. • Actively participate in clinical case reviews and continuous quality improvement initiatives. • Deliver care via our modern, intuitive telehealth platform, with dedicated administrative support from the Grata operations team.

Minimum Qualifications To ensure the highest quality of care and maintain our clinical standards, candidates must meet all three of the following criteria: • Active, unencumbered NP license in Pennsylvania. • Active DEA license in Pennsylvania. • Must have at least 6 months of experience prescribing medication for Opioid Use Disorder (OUD), such as buprenorphine/naloxone (Suboxone) or naltrexone. Preferred Qualifications • At least 2 years of experience in a psychiatric, addiction, family, or internal medicine setting.

• Demonstrated comfort and proficiency using modern EHRs and telehealth platforms. • A dedicated, private, HIPAA-compliant workspace for remote appointments. • Exceptional clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and proven leadership potential. • Deep alignment with our core values: access, respect, and evidence-based care. How We Work (Contractor Model) • Contract Status:

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. • Flexibility & Autonomy: You set your own schedule, from 10 to 40 hours per week.

• Support: We handle the administrative burdens, including scheduling, patient billing, and technology infrastructure. • Clinical Collaboration: Access optional clinical consults, peer support, and regular clinical case review sessions for collaborative learning.
