Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards. Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
Provide support and guidance to other healthcare team members, such as nurses and medical assistants. Stay current with advancements in healthcare technology, treatments, and procedures. Adhere to all bolthires policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Act as a patient advocate, ensuring that their needs and preferences are taken into consideration. Demonstrate compassion and empathy towards patients and their families.
