Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients undergoing cancer treatment in the Oncology Infusion department.
Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
Administer medications and treatments as directed by the nursing staff.
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Demonstrate empathy and understanding towards patients and their families during a difficult time.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for patients.
Attend trainings and educational opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
Act as a positive and professional representative of Allina Health System.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving patient care.
Be open to feedback and willing to learn and grow in the role.
