BAYADA is a non-profit organization focused on quality care for clients, currently seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide therapy services for Early Intervention and pediatrics in Delaware. The role involves working closely with families to support children's learning in their natural environment, utilizing a coaching interaction style and electronic documentation system. Responsibilities Work closely with families using coaching interaction style, giving the tools they need to help their child succeed Support the child's learning in their natural environment with familiar people- services can be at home, child care, the library, or even the playground!
