If so, HAT Design Works is seeking a Director, OEM & Strategic Partnerships to lead the development and expansion of our global OEM and technology partnership ecosystem.

In this highly visible leadership role, you will own and scale HAT’s OEM and strategic alliance strategy, building partnerships with technology manufacturers, platform providers and enterprise solution leaders that integrate HAT’s ergonomic workspace solutions into broader workplace technology environments.

This role will play a critical part in expanding HAT’s market reach across Retail & Hospitality Commerce, Enterprise, Federal, SLED, Healthcare and Financial sectors, helping position HAT as a preferred partner within the evolving workplace technology ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

Based in our Easton, PA headquarters, the Director, OEM & Strategic Partnerships will lead the development of HAT’s partner ecosystem strategy and drive revenue growth through high-impact alliances with technology manufacturers, platform providers and enterprise solution partners.

This is a unique opportunity for a strategic business leader who excels at executive relationship building, negotiating complex partnerships and translating innovation into scalable market opportunities.

    Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Develop and execute HAT’s OEM and strategic partnership strategy to expand market reach and accelerate revenue growth
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure high-impact OEM partnerships aligned with HAT’s product roadmap and long-term growth objectives
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with technology manufacturers, platform providers and ecosystem leaders
  • Lead negotiation of partnership agreements, integration frameworks and commercial structures that support long-term collaboration
  • Establish scalable partner enablement programs including onboarding, technical alignment and joint go-to-market strategies
  • Expand existing alliances by identifying new integration opportunities, co-selling motions and joint market initiatives
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between OEM partners and internal teams including product development, sales, marketing and customer success
  • Drive pipeline development through partner-led demand generation, co-marketing programs and coordinated field engagement
  • Represent HAT at key industry events, technology summits and partner conferences to elevate HAT’s presence in the technology ecosystem
  • Provide market intelligence and partner insights that inform product development and strategic roadmap planning
  • Maintain strong operational discipline through accurate forecasting, CRM management and opportunity tracking
  • Travel domestically and internationally to cultivate strategic relationships and expand HAT’s global partner network
    What We’re Looking For
  • 8+ years of experience in OEM partnerships, strategic alliances, channel leadership or technology ecosystem development
  • Proven success building and scaling high-value partnerships that drive revenue and market expansion
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and external partners
  • Demonstrated success negotiating complex partnership agreements and developing joint go-to-market strategies
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate technology capabilities into compelling business solutions
  • Exceptional communication, relationship management and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Experience with CRM platforms, sales pipeline management and partner reporting tools
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in strategic partnerships, alliances or ecosystem development.
  • Experience working within IT, commerce technology, hardware/software ecosystems or enterprise technology partnerships strongly preferred
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally without restriction

Location: US Remote | Compensation: On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $125,000 – $200,000, including base salary and uncapped commission incentives tied to strategic partnership growth and revenue performance.
