The Role
We’re hiring an Of Counsel / Partner (full-time or part-time, minimum 20 hours/week) to serve as a trusted advisor and outside general counsel to mission-driven clients, including B Corps, benefit corporations, and impact investors. This role is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys ownership, client relationships, and sophisticated work without the burnout of the traditional law firm model.

- Who You Are
- 8+ years post-JD (in-house and/or AMLAW 100 experience)
