Position: Off-Plan Real Estate Agent (Commission-Based | Remote)
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced and well‑connected Off‑Plan Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for established brokers with their own client and investor networks, focused on selling developer projects and high‑value off‑plan properties.
- This is a commission‑only position offering up to 80% commission, full flexibility, and dedicated administrative support—allowing you to focus purely on closing deals.What We Offer

- Source and close off‑plan deals through your own investor and client network
- Promote and sell developer projects and new launches
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with buyers and investors
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations
- Manage negotiations and deal closures end‑to‑end
- Coordinate with internal admin team for documentation and processing
- Stay updated on upcoming launches, pricing, and market trends Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years experience in Dubai real estate (Off‑Plan preferred)
- Strong existing client/investor network
- Proven track record in closing off‑plan transactions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
