- Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
- Management of three conference rooms.
- Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors and handling phone systems.
- Coordinate vendor management and maintain relationships with service providers.
- Assist in human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Implement organizational systems to improve workflow and efficiency within the office.
- Prepare reports and assist in project management as required.
- Unlock doors remotely from phone.
- Requirements
- Proven 1-3 years experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Standout interpersonal skills - professional while also friendly and enthusiastic.
- Strong organization skills - able to manage time and prioritize among multiple tasks and projects.
- Flexible and adept to shifting work priorities and responsibilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable managing confidential matters with discretion.
- Conscientious and can work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
