The State of Utah is hiring an Office Specialist II for their Driver License Customer Service team. This role involves providing customer service in a call center environment, assisting the public with inquiries, and ensuring quality service delivery. Responsibilities Provide customer service in a call center environment by responding to inbound phone calls Interact with customers to communicate information about all aspects of the Driver License Division in response to questions from the public Assist with questions which will range from very basic to very complex, including information about products and services the division provides Have extensive knowledge and understanding of the agency database and exercise judgment while applying a comprehensive knowledge of pertinent rules, regulations, policies, and procedures Handle customer complaints and offer suitable solutions Provide the public and others with information and assistance to complete forms and applications Skills Customer service Handling confidential and sensitive information Speaking clearly, concisely and effectively Listening to, and understanding, information and ideas as presented verbally Finding and gathering information or data Multi-tasking while maintaining a high level of accuracy Assisting people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism Benefits Affordable premiums for health, dental, vision benefits that begin on your first day of employment.
