RE: Offshore Incorporation. BVI, Nevis, Marshall Islands, Seychelles, or Belize only. We are currently an offshore business that wants to change offshore jurisdictions. We are looking for someone experienced in offshore incorporations, and annual servicing. The package we are looking for is:
—Use our Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, not cookie cutter filings, need a more customized filing;
—Need full incorporation package with a Certificate of Filing from the governmental agency
—the usual Resident Agent, registered business address, the typical package
—If available, and not too expensive an add-on, a virtual office to include address for mail, mail scan to email, phone/voicemail preferred but not critical.
—We do NOT need any bank account or bank introduction
In short, we are looking for a continuing relationship to file annual renewals and file whatever annual reports may be necessary. Please kindly make contact if any interest, with some ideas of cost estimates, including applicable government filing fees and costs.
