Senior Manager, Hedge Fund Accounting (Remote) Company: Oliver James Associates Job description: One of our best clients, a globally leading fund administrator, is in the market for
Senior Manager to come in and lead a growing hedge fund accounting group forward. The role is quite senior in nature and will have you focus primarily on team management and reviews, stakeholder relationships, and finalizing/reviewing client deliverables to make sure they're good to go out. In this role, you will be the de facto head of the group, providing significant opportunities to grow both yourself and the team you would manage.

Responsibilities: • Assist with new business discussions for prospective and existing clients/relationships • Oversee multiple individuals in their team providing career development, training, appraisals, and guidance to all direct reports • Provide direction to all staff on client service, technical, and fund accounting related topics • Review multiple operational deliverables for submission to investors and clientele • Review disclosures, supporting schedules, and financial statements along with implementing robust controls and procedures
