Amada Senior Care is a forward-thinking home care agency that is actively hiring a dependable and professional weekend on-call scheduler (every weekend and every other week M-F). Primary Responsibilities Include...
Ā Managing the "on call" after hours phone on the weekends (shift starts Friday at 4pm - ends Monday 8am) Every other week M-F required.
Ā Communicating and documenting important events such as schedule changes, emergencies or accidents
Ā Keeping office staff updated on important issues regarding clients and caregivers
Ā Getting shifts filled as needed
You Can Expect:
Ā Competitive rates: $17.00 per hour
Ā Remote-Work from Home Position
Ā On-Demand Pay-Up to 70% of your pay is available as soon as a shift is worked

Ā Great Communication by our office staff
Successful candidates must have:
Ā Basic computer and smartphone skills
Ā Ability to manage scheduling system and phone system
Ā Timely responsiveness to call-outs and client schedule changes
Ā Ability to maintain accurate client and caregiver records in the scheduling system
Ā Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to listen effectively
Ā Detail orientated skills and the ability to stay organized
Ā Ability to work independently and meet timely deadlines
