On-Camera Content Creator - Remote

Job Description: We are looking for a Remote Marketing Assistant who can also act as the on-camera content creator for our organic social media channels. This person will support daily marketing tasks and help us grow our presence through engaging in short-form videos. • Location: Remote (Must live in Miami area) • Job Type: Full-time • Schedule: Flexible, must be available during EST business hours (31 hours per week / 14.00 USD per hour) Option 1: Monday to Thursday 7:00 am – 1:00 pm / Friday 7:00 am – 2:00 pm Option 2: Monday to Thursday 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm / Friday 11:00 am – 6:00 pm Option 3: Monday to Thursday 10:00 am – 4:00 pm / Friday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm Responsibilities: • Assist with administrative and operational marketing tasks (coordination, scheduling, tracking, etc.) • Support the team in managing content calendars and social media uploads • Record short videos (Reels, TikToks, Stories) as the human part of the social media strategy • Follow scripts or improvise when needed, always reflecting the brand’s tone • Deliver video content on agreed deadlines • Collaborate with our Community Manager and video editor to align content efforts • Stay updated with trends and formats on TikTok and Instagram Requirements: • Comfortable being on camera and recording vertical videos • Good communication and organizational skills • Access to a smartphone with a quality camera, good lighting, and stable internet • Fluent in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus) • Resides in Miami and can work during EST business hours • Creative, proactive, and able to follow brand guidelines Nice to Have: • Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, or similar formats • Canva or basic editing skills, excel • Experience in marketing or social media • Interest in finance, fintech, or digital services To Apply: Please submit your resume and at least two short videos where you: • Introduce yourself • Tell us why you’d be a great fit for this role If you’ve created content before, feel free to share links or a portfolio.
