At Acutrans, we connect people through language. As an On-Site Scheduler, you’ll be the link that ensures interpreters are in the right place at the right time—whether on-site, via video, or conference.
- What You’ll Do
- Schedule and dispatch interpreters based on language, skills, and availability.
- Manage urgent and last-minute requests with speed and professionalism.
- Communicate appointment details clearly to both clients and interpreters.
- Keep records accurate for smooth billing and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service.
- What We’re Looking For
- Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or coordination (healthcare or language services is a plus)
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Clear, professional communicator under pressure
- Familiarity with scheduling tools or language service platforms
- Multilingual ability or interpreting experience = big plus
