- Create and manage profiles within the client’s internal system using provided onboarding spreadsheets
- Accurately enter sensitive personal data to ensure profiles are completed correctly before progressing in the onboarding process
- Support high-volume profile creation as new centers expand
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance when handling personal information
- Communicate professionally with internal team members via email, phone, and virtual platforms
- Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and escalate issues as needed
- Requirements:
- 6+ months of experience in an administrative, operations, customer support, or tech-enabled role
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and browser tabs simultaneously (Salesforce-style environments preferred)
- Proficient with spreadsheets and internal systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Current Arkansas state resident
- Must currently live in Washington or Benton County
- Ability to work full-time in the United States without a current or future need for visa sponsorship.
