    Job Description:
  • Create and manage profiles within the client’s internal system using provided onboarding spreadsheets
  • Accurately enter sensitive personal data to ensure profiles are completed correctly before progressing in the onboarding process
  • Support high-volume profile creation as new centers expand
  • Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance when handling personal information
  • Communicate professionally with internal team members via email, phone, and virtual platforms
  • Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and escalate issues as needed
    Requirements:
  • 6+ months of experience in an administrative, operations, customer support, or tech-enabled role
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and browser tabs simultaneously (Salesforce-style environments preferred)
  • Proficient with spreadsheets and internal systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Current Arkansas state resident
  • Must currently live in Washington or Benton County
  • Ability to work full-time in the United States without a current or future need for visa sponsorship.
