We are a fast-growing tutoring company based in Quebec, Canada. We help primary, secondary and CEGEP students improve their math results through structured, personalized online support.
We are currently looking for a strong math tutor to join our team.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a tutor who:
- Has strong skills in mathematics (Primary / Secondary level – Quebec curriculum knowledge is a big plus)
- Holds a degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Education or related field (major asset)
- Is comfortable teaching:
- Algebra
- Functions
- Calculus
- Problem solving
- Can clearly explain concepts in a simple, structured way
- Speaks fluent French (English is an asset)
Availability Requirements
- Must be available during Quebec hours (Eastern Time – EST)
- Mainly evenings (3PM–9PM EST) and/or weekends
- Reliable schedule is very important
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1-on-1 online tutoring sessions
- Use our interactive platform with screen sharing and digital whiteboard
- Prepare structured sessions based on student needs
- Track student progress
- Provide brief follow-ups to parents when required
- Maintain a professional and motivating approach
Ideal Candidate
- Patient, structured and results-oriented
- Comfortable speaking with parents
- Professional camera presence
- Stable internet connection
- Experience in online tutoring is a strong advantage
Compensation
