A contract position is available for a Physical Therapist providing telehealth services within a K-12 school environment in Brainerd, MN. This role focuses primarily on delivering physical therapy interventions with minimal evaluation requirements, allowing for a streamlined workflow.
- Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services remotely to students across grades K-12
- Collaborate with school staff to support individualized educational plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes according to regulatory standards
- Participate in team meetings as needed to discuss student progress and therapy strategies
- Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist with valid credentials to practice in Minnesota
- Experience delivering services via telehealth preferred
