Overview
We are seeking a Online Trainer & Resume Writer to join our team for this remote role. You will be responsible for helping to train job seekers on how to get hired into the careers they are seeking by assisting a dedicated coach in Zoom meetings, meeting with job seekers for short mentorship meetings, writing and reviewing resumes, and editing LinkedIn profiles.
Your primary focus will be on delivering scripted, scalable coaching sessions—following structured checkpoints for scripted meetings—while adapting to diverse personality types and providing strong mentorship.
PREFERRED: Job candidates with HR, Talent Acquisition, Hiring Manager or Recruiter experience..
- Role requirements:
- Assist or conduct Zoom coaching sessions per day with job seekers, focusing on career strategy, resume optimization, LinkedIn profile editing, and other career development related topics.
- Provide mentorship and actionable feedback to help clients navigate corporate job markets, including negotiation tactics, networking strategies, and overcoming age or experience-related barriers.
- Write, edit and refine client resumes and LinkedIn profiles during sessions
- Collaborate with our dedicated support team, who will assist with materials like resume templates and resources, to ensure seamless session delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions, client progress, and interactions in our software systems.

Pay: $48,250.00 - $59,500.00 per year
