Our Community Relations & Events team works closely with nonprofit partners, vendors, sponsors, and internal departments to bring these athlete-led experiences to life.
About the Role
- We are seeking an intern who will work closely with the Executive Assistant to support the CEO/Founder, gaining valuable exposure to high-level operations, executive support, and organizational strategy.Key Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
- Support internal operations and administrative processes
- Help prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and assist with special projects
- Provide general support to the Executive Assistant as needed
- Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in a college or university and eligible to receive academic credit
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
