  • *About the Opportunity**

The organization believes meaningful AI doesn’t start with the model, it starts with the data.

The mission is to help enterprises transform expert knowledge into specialized AI at scale. The AI landscape has gone through incredible changes since the organization started as a research project in the Stanford AI Lab, to the generative AI breakthroughs of today.

But one thing has remained constant: the data used to build AI is the key to achieving differentiation, high performance, and production-ready systems.

The organization works with some of the world’s largest organizations to empower scientists, engineers, financial experts, product creators, journalists, and more to build custom AI with their data faster than ever before. Excited to help redefine how AI is built?

  • Own and drive key operational initiatives and cross-functional programs from planning through execution
  • Track progress against goals, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers and helping coordinate solutions
  • Support decision-making by developing analyses and structured insights that inform prioritization and trade-offs
  • Take ownership of ambiguous operational problems by structuring analyses, developing recommendations, and driving implementation
  • Act as a cross-functional connector across Delivery, Product, Engineering, Supply, Marketing, and Analytics to ensure alignment and effective execution
  • *Required Qualifications**
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or related roles in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of building and optimizing operational processes from the ground up
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience creating queries and extracting insights from data
  • Excellent project and/or program management abilities with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and visual), and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Prior experience working with engineering and product teams
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
