Cboe Global Markets seeks an Options Institute Intern to support strategic initiatives and educational content development in a hybrid work environment. Your Role Key responsibilities include: • Completing projects contributing to Options Institute’s strategic initiatives such as Global Education Programming, Bespoke Client Programs, and the Level Up Learning Financial Literacy Program. • Assisting with content creation and providing feedback on new and published Options Institute education materials.
• Exploring content delivery channels and contributing to distribution strategy. • Establishing, implementing, and optimizing processes and workflows within the Institute. • Gaining in-depth knowledge of Cboe’s products and services. • Leading, designing, and implementing an independent project to develop project design, management, and communication skills, culminating in a presentation to OI Leadership and teammates. • Creating and executing a professional development plan focused on continuing education, networking, and skill acquisition.

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Math, Engineering, Economics, Neuroscience, or a related major, with graduation scheduled no earlier than December of the internship year. • Curious about complex systems and effective educational engagement methods. • Prefer collaborative work across multidisciplinary teams and thrive on independent projects.
• Adaptable and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced financial and technical environment. • Interested in strategy conceptualization, design, implementation, and process optimization. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Advanced knowledge of bolthires Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, is preferred. • Preferred knowledge of Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence), Salesforce, Sigma Computing. • Basic video/animation experience, multi-linguistic skills, and instructor/educator experience are advantageous.

The internship offers real-world working experience encouraging academic, professional, and personal growth, with opportunities to present projects to leadership and collaborate across departments.
