Job Title: Oracle Financials Budgetary Controls (BCEA) Functional Consultant
Location: Remote + Travel (Travel as per business needs; expenses covered by the client)

- Job Overview
- We are looking for a strong Oracle Financials Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Budgetary Controls (BCEA) to support complex extensions and financial implementations.
- The consultant will work closely with the Oracle Lead Consultant and must have Public Sector project experience.
- Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise in Oracle Budgetary Controls (BCEA).
- Support implementation and complex financial extensions within Oracle Financials.
- Collaborate with the Oracle Lead Consultant to design and implement financial solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional design specifications.
- Configure and support budgetary control processes, including funds control and budget validation.
- Assist with testing, documentation, and production support.
- Work with technical teams to support integrations and system enhancements.
- Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience as an Oracle Financials Functional Consultant.
- Hands-on expertise with Oracle Budgetary Controls (BCEA).
- Experience supporting complex financial extensions and configurations.
- Public Sector / Government project experience is required.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Financial modules and budgeting processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
