We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Analytics Consultant with strong Business Analyst skills and functional expertise in Core HR, Talent, Compensation, and Benefits. The candidate will be responsible for gathering HR business requirements, translating them into functional/analytical solutions, and delivering insights through OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Work with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Configure and support Oracle HCM modules: Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Benefits.
- Develop and optimize OTBI/BI Publisher reports and dashboards.
- Provide workforce analytics and insights to support HR decision-making.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate reporting and data validation.
- Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud functional modules.
- Hands-on with OTBI, BI Publisher, or OAC.
- Good understanding of HR processes and analytics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
