Job Title: EPM-FCCS Functional-Techno Consultant
Location: Remote with occasional travel

This is an opportunity to work with a tech sector client primarily based on the West Coast. The job requires your expertise in the latest Oracle Cloud technologies, specifically FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service). As a Functional-Techno Consultant, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, providing end-to-end consulting services for Oracle EPM solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders and lead meetings to ensure the seamless delivery of consolidation processes.
Your role
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support for FCCS applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial consolidation and close processes.
- Proactively identify areas of improvement and recommend enhancements to clients’ existing solutions.
- Continuous Learning & Development:
- Keep up to date with the latest developments in Oracle EPM Cloud, specifically with FCCS.
- Share insights and best practices with the team and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
- Drive efficiencies
Your skills and experience
- Minimum Experience: 10+ years of experience in EPM, with a focus on FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close).
- Technical Skills:
o Expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS) configuration and implementation.
o Strong knowledge of Hyperion and Oracle Cloud solutions, in financial consolidation
o Proficiency in Oracle EPM technologies (Essbase, FDMEE, Data Management, ODI, etc.).
o Experience with integration tools (ODI, FDMEE, REST APIs, etc.)
o Experience with Oracle ERP systems like Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion, or SAP is a plus.
- Functional Skills:
o Strong understanding of financial processes, especially financial close consolidation.
o Ability to engage with business users and translate requirements into technical solutions.
o Experience in business process reengineering in the context of financial management.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Qualifications:
o Oracle EPM Cloud Certifications in FCCS.
o MBA or CA with a strong understanding of financial systems
