Description: EPM Planning Resource (EPBCS / PBCS / PCMCS) Role: Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) consultant specializing in EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) and PCMCS (Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service)
- Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on implementation experience with EPBCS modules (Financials, Workforce, CapEx, Projects, Strategic Modeling)
- Strong working knowledge of PCMCS for modeling cost allocations and profitability analysis
- Experience with:
- Business rules, forms, smart lists, task lists
- Groovy scripting (especially for EPBCS custom calculations)
- Data Management / Data Integration tools (EPM Automate, Data Management)
- Ability to configure Smart View reports and dashboards
- Proficiency in Hyperion Planning (a plus, if migrating from on-prem)
- End-to-end implementation lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, build, testing, deployment
- Excellent communication for stakeholder engagement and training sessions
