Overview

A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with deep expertise in Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Time & Labor. This is an immediate, high-priority engagement supporting a complex healthcare environment requiring strong system knowledge and hands-on configuration experience.

This is a fully remote opportunity with excellent hourly compensation for the right candidate.

Lead functional support and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically Payroll and Time & Labor modules
Configure, test, and troubleshoot payroll processing, time entry/keeping, and workforce administration workflows
Support payroll cycles including validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution
Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific payroll regulations and labor policies
Partner with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to improve system performance and reporting
Manage integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party timekeeping or benefits systems
Support system enhancements, upgrades, patches, and end-user training
Assist with data validation, security roles, and internal controls

Mandatory: Oracle Fusion HCM experience (no exceptions)
5+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll and Time & Labor
Strong understanding of payroll processing, time entry, accruals, and workforce structures
Experience within the healthcare industry strongly preferred
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
