Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle Fusion ERP implementation, upgrade, or transformation projects across HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain modules.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
- Act as a liaison between client leadership and implementation teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, manage issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion ERP across modules such as HCM, Financials, and Supply Chain.
- Proven ability to manage complex ERP implementations or upgrades in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
- Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience working in large enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of business processes in HR, Finance, and Procurement.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $61.02 - $71.44 per hour
