Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Oracle OTL Consultant to implement, configure, and support Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) solutions within Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud HCM. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to streamline time tracking, workforce management, and payroll integration processes.Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) modules based on business requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements for time capture, approvals, and payroll integration.
- Configure time entry rules, layouts, approval workflows, and time categories.
- Integrate OTL with Payroll, HRMS, Projects, and other Oracle modules.
- Support system testing, including unit testing, SIT, and UAT.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide functional/technical support.
- Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Develop and maintain functional design documents (FDDs) and setup documentation.
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, reports, and interfaces.
- Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in computer science, Information Systems, HR, or related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Time & Labor (OTL).
- Good understanding of Oracle HRMS / HCM modules.
- Experience in configuring time entry rules, approval hierarchies, and time processing.
- Knowledge of payroll processes and integration with OTL.
- Familiarity with Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud HCM environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical teams.
