Job Description
Position: Order Management Specialist (Must Live In Colorado) Job Title & Summary Order Management Specialist – Wholesale Division (Remote, Denver‑based candidates only; hybrid model with monthly in‑office training) Contract position based out of Colorado Springs, CO. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with the wholesale team to support large retail and box store accounts. • Utilize EDI software (SPS Commerce) to ensure accurate and timely order processing, management, and shipment of products. • Manage an order book valued up to $10 million annually.
• Handle incoming calls from clients (primarily procurement teams) and internal sales representatives. • Process orders, returns, modifications, credit memos, and debit memos for dealers and sales representatives. • Maintain and update order books in bolthires Excel, ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly order status reports to the sales team. • Partner with Customer Financial Services to release orders for processing as needed. • Communicate with distribution centers to ensure timely and accurate shipping.
Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree preferred ; equivalent experience considered. • Minimum 2 years in a sales support or order management role. • Proficiency in bolthires Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros required). • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with high‑value clients professionally. Preferred Skills • Experience with EDI systems, specifically SPS Commerce. • Familiarity with wholesale or retail operations. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Pay and Benefits Pay range for this position is $22.50 – $22.50/hr.
