Our growing Christian financial counseling agency is seeking a mission-aligned Organic Marketing & Community Growth Strategist to help lead grassroots awareness and strengthen our membership communities.
This role blends strategy and execution across content, outreach, and community engagement. We do not run paid advertising — our growth is organic, relationship-driven, and values-centered.
Key Responsibilities:
Raise Awareness—
Support blog publishing cadence and content optimization
Develop and manage social content strategy
Assist with targeted outreach
Support digital promotion around live events and conventions
Strengthen & Serve Communities—
Create and publish courses and content inside membership platforms
Engage members and foster meaningful connection
Support onboarding and launch initiatives
Assist in planning and coordinating online and in-person events
We are looking for someone who:
Is confident in both strategy and hands-on execution
Understands and respects faith-based messaging and values alignment
Is comfortable working independently while collaborating closely
Has experience in organic marketing, content strategy, and community growth
This role is designed for someone ready to take ownership of organic growth and to help shape and scale a growing organization at a foundational stage.
