Job Description
We are looking to hire a skilled Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to run daily email and LinkedIn outreach for our executive transportation start-up company serving C-suite leaders and high-net-worth professionals with high travel frequency for business. This is a focused and clearly defined role: You generate warm leads β our internal team handles scheduling and closing. Your Responsibilities: β Build targeted prospect lists for: β C-suite executives (CEO, COO, CFO, CRO, EVP, SVP) β Senior leaders in consulting (Partners, Managing Directors, Principals) β Executive Assistants & Chiefs of Staff β Corporate Travel, Procurement, and Vendor Management teams β Board Members & Directors who travel frequently β Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Angel Investors β High-net-worth individuals with high travel frequency β Founders, entrepreneurs, and business owners who travel frequently Execute daily outbound outreach via email + LinkedIn: β Set up sequences and messaging β Maintain strong deliverability and domain health β 150β300 outbound emails per day β 20β40 LinkedIn connection/outreach actions per day β Monitor replies and forward warm leads directly to our Head of Member Development β Track performance and optimize campaigns over time You will NOT be responsible for: β Calling prospects β Appointment scheduling β Closing membership sales β CRM setup or management β Social media β Advertising β Content creation Our Goal: To generate a consistent flow of warm, qualified leads that support our objective of acquiring 9β15 new members in 90 days (JanuaryβMarch). We prefer candidates who have: β Worked with startups, early-stage companies, or fast-growth businesses β Experience supporting high-ticket services, luxury services, membership services, or executive-level offerings β Experience targeting executives, consultants, investors, or high-net-worth individuals β Strong background in outbound messaging β Proficiency with tools such as AI, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, or similar β Strong understanding of email deliverability, warm-up, rotation, and best practices β Ability to start immediately and maintain consistent daily outreach β A polished, professional communication style appropriate for an executive brand About Us: We are a premium, membership-based executive transportation company serving executives, investors, board members, and high-net-worth travelers.
