Job Overview Earn Upfront + Lifetime Residuals Selling AI Revenue Systems Auron Consulting helps SMBs bridge the gap between "getting a lead" and "closing a deal." Most businesses lose 30-50% of their revenue to slow response times. Our AI-Powered Growth Engine solves this by automating the entire front-end sales process—from instant lead response to automated booking. We are expanding our outbound team. We aren't looking for "employees"; we are looking for partners who want to build a high-yield portfolio of recurring commission. The Math: How You Get Paid We believe in transparency. Our model is designed for a six-figure floor and a seven-figure ceiling: • The Upfront: High-percentage commission on the initial setup and implementation fee. • The Residual: A permanent % of the Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) for the life of the client. • The Retention: Our platform has a high stickiness rate—once the AI is integrated into their revenue stream, businesses rarely turn it off. • Expected OTE: $75k–$120k (Year 1); $200k+ (Year 2) as your residual book compounds. The Infrastructure: We Support the Hunt Unlike most 1099 roles, we don’t leave you on an island. Your Responsibilities • Strategic Prospecting: Use our data tools to identify businesses with "broken" follow-up systems. • ROI Discovery: Conduct high-level consultations with CEOs and Owners to quantify their current "Cost of Inaction." • The Close: Manage the full cycle from the first "Hello" to the signed Service Agreement. • Relationship Management: Maintain high-level oversight of your accounts to ensure long-term residual health. Who We Are Looking For • The 1% Hunter: You have at least 1 year of experience in SaaS or B2B sales and prefer a performance-based "uncapped" model over a small base salary. • Business Literacy: You can explain the difference between Lead Gen and Lead Conversion. • Tech-Fluent: You are comfortable navigating CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.) and discussing AI automation. • Self-Funded Mindset: You treat your sales territory like your own franchise.
